Oxford University Press does not offer refunds on digital products. Every course offers a 14-day grace period during which students can use the course materials and decide whether to purchase full access.

If you believe your student’s case merits special consideration, or if there has been a technical issue during the purchase process, please ask the student to Contact Us and relay the following:

  • Reason for the refund request
  • Product details (author/title/edition)
  • Purchase location + proof (e.g., receipt)
  • Name/email used for purchase (include PayPal email if used)
  • Proof of dropped course (if applicable)
  • Proof of duplicate purchase (if applicable)

Once we receive this information, we will review the request.
