Every course offers a 14-day grace period during which students can use the course materials and decide whether to purchase full access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe your student\u2019s case merits special consideration, or if there has been a technical issue during the purchase process, please ask the student to <a href=\"https:\/\/support.learninglink.oup.com\/s\/contactsupport\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/support.learninglink.oup.com\/contact-us\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"63\">Contact Us<\/a> and relay the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reason for the refund request<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product details (author\/title\/edition)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchase location + proof (e.g., receipt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Name\/email used for purchase (include PayPal email if used)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of dropped course (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of duplicate purchase (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we receive this information, we will review the request.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oxford University Press does not offer refunds on digital products.
