I have purchased my e-book via a third-party vendor (e.g., VitalSource, Kortext) but I am not able to access the additional digital resources and assessments in my instructor’s course. How can I resolve that?

If you purchased an e-book and there are additional resources and assessments for that title in your instructor’s course, the e-book will be accompanied by an access code. Access codes are usually available with the e-book on the vendor’s virtual bookshelf page.

If you can’t find an access code within your e-book, please contact the vendor you purchased your e-book from.

You can activate a 14-day free access period for any OUP title from your instructor’s course, so that you have access while waiting for your access code.
