Why aren’t assignment grades reporting to my Moodle gradebook via LTI 1.3/Advantage?

This is known behavior for Moodle, not specific to our 1.3 tool. Please see this Moodle forums post for a solution (which will need to be addressed by an LMS/VLE Administrator).
