I received an error message saying my Oxford Learning Link course has not started yet and that I should contact my instructor. What does this mean?

Starting on 18 December 2025, instructors must be the first user to launch a course by opening an OUP resource within the course. This ensures accurate institution and course details for better functionality and support.

If your instructor has not clicked an OUP resource in the course before you tried to access it, you will see this error.

What to do:

  • Contact your instructor and ask them to click on any OUP resource in the course to launch it.
